On behalf of all Langston Hughes Academy Dreamkeepers, we welcome you to the start of a new school year. We are honored that you share and entrust your children with us every day. We never take the privilege and opportunity to educate your children lightly. For those of you new to Langston Hughes Academy, or LHA as we often refer to it, this year will be filled with many challenges and unforgettable moments. To our returning scholars and families, welcome back as you continue your journey toward achieving success in high school, college and the world beyond.
All of us at Langston Hughes Academy expect you to achieve excellence and meet your goals this year as you pursue your big dreams in life. Your years at Langston Hughes Academy will prepare you to go forth and succeed in high school and college, but there is no time to waste. Let's get started; it is time to learn!
